The REAL First Aid Responder Bag - Fully KItted
We held off selling medical kits for the first 10 years because there is something nice about the objectivity of recommended equipment that we have used and abused without the connotations of financial gain. Still, due to an increase in demand from candidates and organisations who have received our First Responder training, we have decided to offer these bags ready-kitted, and set up for immediate use.
The Responder Bag Pro is the same bag and contents that we use on our First Responder training courses as well as operationally. It has been designed from the ground up, based on experience and utilising the same kit we use operationally. It contains all of the equipment one would reasonably be expected to use within the scope of any First Responder, FPOS or FREC Level 3 training.
Each bag is laid out and clearly labeled following either the (C)ABCD or MARCH algorithms.
NPA and Igel airways are prepped with an individual sachet of lube taped to each.
Tourniquets or removed from their original shrink-wrapped packaging and ‘staged’ ready for immediate use,
We even fold over a courtesy tab to ensure there is no fumbling with gloved hands.
Each bag also comes with a laminated inventory with expiry dates of the original items to enable quick and easy stock control.
These bags are ready to go.
As of October 2020 our Responder Bags no longer come supplied with cervical collars or manual suction devices as we are no longer confident that there is sufficient medical evidence to support their inclusuion. The cost of our bags has been adjusted to reflect the removal of these items.
Each Responder Bag is made to order, as such, delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Urgent orders can be processed by request. Prices include VAT and delivery via Recorded Delivery.
